Energy: 100%Your body temperature drops. Focus is expensive. Use this time for low-stakes "Admin" work: Emails, Calls, Meetings.
Energy: 40%Mood improves, but logic is loose. This is the best time for brainstorming, designing, or writing rough drafts.
Energy: 70%The "Sunlight" Protocol
To make this work, you need one input: Light. View sunlight within 20 minutes of waking up. This sets your neural timer.
