The Science: Your brain operates on "Ultradian Rhythms." These are 90-minute cycles of high-frequency energy, followed by 20 minutes of recovery. If you ignore the recovery, you burn out.

Your Biological Schedule

Don't force creativity when your brain wants logic. Don't force logic when your brain wants rest. Hover over the phases below to see your ideal day.

Phase 1: 08:00 - 12:00 The Deep Work Window

Cortisol is high. Focus is sharp. Do your hardest, most analytical task now. Do not check email.

Energy: 100%
Phase 2: 13:00 - 15:00 The Trough (Admin Mode)

Your body temperature drops. Focus is expensive. Use this time for low-stakes "Admin" work: Emails, Calls, Meetings.

Energy: 40%
Phase 3: 16:00 - 18:00 The Creative Rebound

Mood improves, but logic is loose. This is the best time for brainstorming, designing, or writing rough drafts.

Energy: 70%
