The 3 Pillars of Isolation

  • Physical: Phone in another room. Door locked. Noise-canceling headphones ON.
  • Digital: WiFi OFF (if possible). All tabs closed except the one you are working on.
  • Temporal: Work in 45-minute "Sprints." No pauses. No mercy.

The Output Equation

Work = Time × Intensity.

Most people work at level 2 intensity for 8 hours (Score: 16). Monk Mode allows you to work at level 10 intensity for 3 hours (Score: 30). You work less, but you produce double.
